Broadcasting from WS Retaliation, Icarus System
Day 1740 of the Second Swaparaman Space Age
H-hello everyone. I’m broadcasting… solo today. It’s possible that Tananni is dead.
He, uh, managed to bean himself with a pretty sizable spanner, either in a suicidal rage or a comical mishap; I’m not sure which. In any case, he appears to be unconscious. Or in a coma? I’m not a doctor… and we didn’t bring any on board with us. Thankfully, I can consume all the nutrients needed to keep both of us alive!
It only seemed right to go ahead with the attack plan, though, even with Tananni out of commission. So we’re here in Icarus along with the WS Shieldbearer, having invaded Icarus II.
And fending off the occasional Chronomyst visit.
Sadly… we did have to scrap that ship we built back in the Hope System.
On the plus side, a new WS Tanandanam is already finished!
…And I didn’t screw up this time. It’s got engines and everything!
Another good news/bad news situation:
The CS Valor continued exploring Chronomyst space but hit a bit of a blockade in the Alpheratz System.
Two planets between us and the star lane. We tried running the blockade, and…
…yeah. But losing the Valor makes room for a new ship in our fleet. So it was kind of a win-win. Couldn’t’ve come at a better time, either!
Lookit all these gizmo slots on the Gigantic Ship hull!
Finally a ship that can carry all the invasion modules we’ll need for the entire Frutmaka invasion.
I took the name from Tananni’s secret diary. He’s always dreamt of a ship that would eclipse the sun over every Frutmaka world. Pretty cool, right?
I did go a little against Tananni’s wishes in some other areas…
The Kambuchka have been pretty chill for a while now. So I thought I’d try some trading and small talk. They… didn’t seem interested in either.
I guess we seem pretty intimidating at this point…
Probably doesn’t help that we just finished our biggest warship yet. Speaking of which…
I’m going to end this transmission in order to transfer over to the WS Tanandanam. Even if Tananni isn’t conscious, I know he’d want to be there for the invasion. I… just need someone to help drag his heavy-ass head over to the shuttle.

WS Tanandanam, Ribulon System
Day 1767 SSSA
Ribulon is ours, Faithful Friends! The Frutmaka colony here fell in a matter of days, even with a ship to defend it.
And reinforcement from the biggest Frutmaka ship we’ve ever seen.
Seems like they’ve discovered large hulls, but not plasmatrons yet — since they still needed to get in close to fire on us.
‘Course, the ship did manage to occupy us long enough for Ribulon to orbit into range and hit us with their missile batteries…
…aaand the invasion took up all the Tanandanam’s invasion modules.
But don’t you worry your pretty little doubleheads — because the Eclipse is coming up behind us!
Tananni’s been flopping around a little and groaning, so there may be hope for him yet. I’m just sad he can’t see any of this.

WS Tanandanam, Paragon System
Day 1805 SSSA
Two systems down, and one to go.
We’ve been working on Paragon I for about a month.
The Tanandanam took its orbital defenses from this:
To this:
But then we had to hold for a while and wait for the Eclipse to catch up.
In the meantime the Frutmaka have ramped up their attacks.
Every ship they send at us is Large now — except that doesn’t mean much more than they take a few more shots to blow up.
Actually, everybody‘s getting attack-happy these days. The Mebes and Chronomysts are launching joint assaults in Hope and Icarus.
Pretty soon, though, we’ll be able to turn back and get our big ships back to those front lines. The Eclipse arrived here in Paragon yesterday…
…and we’re on our way to the final Frutmaka system now.
You know what that means. After thousands of years, Swaparaman feet will walk on our homeworld again! I hope Tananni wakes up before we get there.

WS Tanandanam, Millitrin System
Day 1826 SSSA
I LIVE!
Welcome back to the world of the living, Tananni!
Thank you. And welcome, one and all, back to the Voice of Tanandanam — the galaxy’s premiere Swaparamans vidcast. While we traveled through the star lane, Don informed me of all the Great Work he has done in my absence. And that our homeworld awaits us at the end of this lane. For a moment, I had despaired that we would never reach this point, but now…
Now, here we are. We just emerged moments ago, and ship systems are coming online as we speak. Scanners say…
…oh…
…we invaded the planet already. T-that IS Eclipse sure is efficient, huh? Ha. haha?
…All this work to be the ones to take back our homeworld… …to live up to the legacy of Tanandanam…
Please don’t be sad, Tananni! What matters is that it’s ours now, right?
Right… Right. …yet somehow, this does not fill the empty hole in my soul.
Yeah, mine either. But remember, there’s still half the galaxy to conquer! So many more planets to learn about our Greatness! I… just want to see you happy, Tananni. That’s the only reason I went through with any of this…
For me? You did this all for me?
I did… And really, it was all worth it just to see you giddy for a minute back there in hyperspace. Why don’t we gather our fleet and take over the rest of the galaxy — together?

WS Immortal, Lanesend System
Day 1980 SSSA
Hey there, Swaparaman Friends! I wanted to talk about a valuable lesson we learned last time.
As we build all these great machines of war…
…and sweep across the galaxy…
…burning…
…conquering…
…annihilating…
…we have to stop now and then and remind ourselves why we do what we do.
Why all this destruction? Why make so many enemies?
Why all the blood, sweat, and tears (mostly on the part of our enemies)?
What’s it all for? Well, I can’t speak for Tananni–
I appreciate that.
–but for me, it’s pretty simple.
In the end…
…I do it to see somebody I love smile.
And just that little thing…
…makes all the war crimes worthwhile.
The End!
